The Governing Body.
The Governors meet at least termly as a full body. At these meetings a full and detailed report is produced by Mrs.Green, Headteacher, on aspects of the school community.
There are 3 governing committees: Finance & Strategy, Staffing and Curriculum, Admissions.These committees meet every half term and monitor the management decisions taken in school. The committees discuss the matters in hand and advise the full governors accordingly.
There are some statuary committees which meet when called upon. These are :
(a) Pupil Discipline
(b) Pupil Discipline Appeal
(c) Staff Discipline
(d) Staff Discipline Appeal.
The governors have a levy which is requested upon each family. All Catholic schools in the Diocese have been instructed to open a special building fund account which has been set up to enable each school to invest in a building improvement, extensions and repairs.
